The Neutrogena On-the-Spot Acne Treatment is a blemish cream that you can apply to any acne or blemishes on your skin to reduce the acne and treat it. As I have acne prone skin I love having good products that help me to treat any acne that appears on my skin, and this is my favorite product for that. I have other products that I use to treat my acne, such as the Avon Blemish Treatment which I did a review HERE. On-the-Spot® Acne Treatment is a spot acne treatment that provides maximum-strength results without drying out your face. It goes deep down in pores to kill the acne bacteria that cause pimples and helps stop new ones from forming.

What I think:
I find this product really effective to treat my acne. It is a cream consistency which you apply to any acne on your skin and after a few minutes it dries to a nearly transparent layer on your skin. Do not apply to skin which is healthy as it will dry up the skin. However, this is really effective where you have the acne, as it dries up the pimple and you are left with clearer skin. I usually apply this during the night, before I go to bed, so that the product can work while I am asleep and when I wake up the pimple has reduced and I can cover it up with some concealer. This product contains 21g/0.75oz and retails for $6.99 on the Neutrogena website. I got mine from eBay and this is already my second bottle as it is a life saver for me 🙂

Im using a Garnier roll on with 2% Salicylic Acid, that does the same thing drys up any blemishes that think about appearing and makes it easier to cover. Loving it. But I like the look of this too….

@Barbie: I have tried a few myself and I do tend to change them up after some time as the effect starts to wear off, this product has worked well for some time now!
@Carla: I have tried sudo cream too but it doesn't seem to dry my pimples out!

I have extremely dry skin, however I still have a problem with acne on my chin and the sides of my cheeks.acne severe treatment. I was wondering what acne treatments or face washes work well for getting rid of acne but won't dry out my skin more than what it already is. Thanks!

I've been using Neutrogena's Visibly Clear range which also seems to work very well,best thing about the visibly clear range is that their best-selling products can now be picked up for a £1 here in the UK!
