If you have struggled with oily skin all your life, then you know that the first thing you look for in a foundation name are the words matte and long-lasting. However, you also know that using a long-lasting foundation can have its downfalls, such as dull-looking skin and having dry patches. Having been an avid fan of Bourjois foundations I was welcomed the effectiveness of the Bourjois Air Mat Foundation to deliver not only longevity but brighter-looking skin, without being greasy or heavy.
Being a light sleeper and a workaholic, dark circles are a common occurrence in my life. Usually resorting to washing my face with cold water in the morning and to a good layer of concealer under my eyes, I am left with an acceptable enough result to my daily problem.
Welcome to the first ‘Walkabout’ post on A Cosmetic Affair. The intention behind these sort of posts is to give you a glimpse through my own perspective of locations both local, in my home country, Malta, and hopefully in the future also abroad.
Except for today’s post which is an introduction, I want these posts to be more visual than text-based, in hopes that you can forget your surroundings and be transported to a beautiful location, whether it is in the countryside, by the sea, visiting some wild animals, at the park or the city.
